Prices
The price for the rent of each piece of furniture is calculated per day, applying as a daily amount 25% on the price of sale of the item to the public.
In case of renting furniture for a weekend special conditions will apply, which will result in the availability of furniture for two days, but paying a single day.
Rental periods
The minimum time is one day and the maximum one week.
Collection and return times
Furniture must be picked up or returned from Monday to Friday and always from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. On Saturdays the schedule will be from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On Sundays, pickups or returns will not be possible.
If the rent is one day, furniture must be collected from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm the day before the day of rental, and delivered on the day of rental until 6:00 pm.
In the event that your rental is for Saturday, the return of the furniture can be made on Monday, without penalty in the cost.
You can not postpone the date of collection or return of arituculos at times other than those established at the time of booking. Any change in these data should be reported to Buen Pie de Los Realejos, S.L. well in advance to agree on the new conditions.
Insurance
The client must guarantee to be in possession of the relevant insurance that covers any type of contingency with the rented furniture.
About the Return State
The return of any item with notable defects, implies the purchase of the product at its sale price to the public. At this price will be deducted the amount for rent already paid by the customer.
Early return
In case of return before the scheduled date, the difference of days to the client will not be returned.
Late returns
Returns that are made within three days of the scheduled date will be charged at the daily price of each piece of furniture. After this period has passed, the customer must pay the sale price to the public of the item.
Rent with right to purchase
If the customer decides to buy a rental unit for him, the amount paid will be deducted from the retail price.
Deposit
The customer will pay a deposit of € 100 for each piece of furniture rented, as a deposit.
